Philippe Concas

Philippe Concas is the managing partner of Epic Capital Venture Group since 2005. Philippe’s primary responsibilities include investment evaluation and acquisition, portfolio management, broker relations, investor and client relations coupled with financial analysis, market analysis, due diligence oversight, and disposition strategies. Mr. Concas holds an MBA in Finance and got his undergraduate in accounting and tax law from Lyon III University in France.

He has developed a keen eye for value investment and opportunity creation through his background and many years of experience. His financial aptitude and creativity allows him to creatively purchase asset by crafting win/win relationship and solving problems that are seen unsolvable by many.

Mr. Concas is proud to have become a US citizen in 2010. He came to the United States not speaking English, no financial resources and has been able to create a large amount of wealth for himself and his partners. He embodies the American spirit of hard work and is a prime example that the American dream is alive and well.

Judy Travis

Managing partner and experienced hands on value add investor, Judy Travis has been actively investing in commercial real estate since 2007. She has acquired multiple assets in several key states and is looking to further expand her portfolio nationwide.

She currently owns retail shopping centers in Texas and multifamily apartment complexes in Florida and is actively seeking investments in self storage, mobile home parks, multifamily and industrial warehouses nationwide.

Michael Lee, CPA, is a consultant for Epic Capital Venture. Mr. Lee has over 35 years of experience in the field of Taxation. Mr. Lee worked for the world’s third-largest accounting firm for 15 years which included tours of duty in the London, England and Los Angeles offices. He then spent ten plus years as the Tax partner of the largest regional firm in the Midwest overseeing a tax practice of over 75 individuals. In 2006 he and a group of professionals from that firm formed Crown Pointe Financial Services a boutique tax firm that specializes in real estate. Mr. Lee is on the Kent State Accounting advisory board and the board of the International Institute. He has had numerous articles published in such periodicals as the Journal of Taxation. He has also spoken at numerous conferences on the topic of Real Estate Taxation most recently at the University of Akron’s annual tax seminar. Mr. Lee graduated with honors from Kent State University
